Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Interfold website and to the way we take on work. Using the site, or sending us an enquiry, means you're happy with what's set out here. If something doesn't sit right, tell us before we start.

Using the site

The pages, copy, case examples and the annotation style you see here belong to Interfold. You're welcome to read, quote and link to them. You may not pass them off as your own or scrape the site to rebuild it elsewhere. The interface mock-ups shown in our case work are illustrative and simplified — they represent the shape of a change, not any one client's screens.

Enquiries are not contracts

Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not book a project or oblige either of us to anything. A booking exists only once we've agreed scope in writing and confirmed dates. Until then, prices and availability shown on the site are indicative and can change.

How an engagement works

When we agree to an audit, we'll confirm the surfaces in scope, the platforms, the timeline, and the price — either $1,200 for the UI Audit or $4,700 for the Audit + Redesign Sprint, in US dollars. You give us a playable build and the access we need; we give you a written audit, annotated screens, and a prioritized plan. The redesign sprint, where taken, follows the report on the terms we set out for that project.

What we expect from each other

• You confirm you have the right to share the build, art and screens you send us for review.
• We treat everything you share as confidential, and work under an NDA where one is in place.
• We deliver honest, considered opinion — not a promise about sales, ratings or player numbers.
• You decide what to act on. We advise; the shipping decisions stay with your team.

Liability

Our recommendations are professional judgement, offered in good faith. We can't be held responsible for outcomes that depend on how a change is built, when it ships, or the many other factors that move a game's reception. Our responsibility for any single engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
